Among all the 3 Atropic scars, rolling scars are perhaps the most annoying scars. They have unpleasant undulating appearance and look more like skin defects rather than pimples on face. There are another 2 more scars caused by pimples, the hypertrophic scars and keloidal scars result from an abnormal excessive tissue repair, with Keloidal scar being the ugliest mother of all.
